I'm not sure if I'm putting this in the right place... So apologies if not.

I am using a MacBook Pro, and have been using Poker Copilot on it. I'm not sure if I haven't set all the settings in the right place but I think so... And Poker Copilot doesn't keep any info on tournaments I enter. I have to manually enter the buy-in and winnings, as well as the place I finished in. Is there any way to make this automatic?

In addition, the software seems to not be finding a few thousand hands from my hand history. I reset the database so it would look for hands again, but it is still at least a couple thousand short I'd say. I'm not sure if this is a problem with Poker Copilot or with Lock Poker not keeping my hand history as long as I'm telling it to (forever).

Anyone have any advice for dealing with this?

Do you have the save hand history box checked on both the poker site and the software?

Yes. I already mentioned in the original post that I have it set to saving the hand history forever. Not being snarky, but I have the BLATANTLY obvious stuff checked and it's all right. I'm just not sure if this is more likely to be a poker site issue, a poker software issue, or computer issue.

Ok sorry mate, but im not that clear on the hand history but as far as the automatic tourney issue there is not a way to do it with Mac only Windows. It sucks but manually is the only way.I was sure they had it updated by now but it seems they don't. You can run Windows on ur Mac but there are a few steps and add-ons to do it. Why not use PT3 or HEM?

Here is the person below you can contact for more info.

No worries, I appreciate your input! I got somewhat frustrated because when I reset the database it erased all the tourney info that I had ALREADY input manually... I do have some of it recorded elsewhere and may be able to access all of it from the Lock Poker player admin, but it will be extremely tedious to enter it all. I'm not sure I even want to bother.

But thanks again. Cheers.
