PartyPoker Spins - Holdem Manager 3

Hi everyone,

When I import hands from PartyPoker into HM3 all winnings from spins are not recorded. This makes HM3 unusable.

Granted I am not the greatest player in the world, but I do have some wins :eek:

Does anyone know if this is a common bug, or can anyone suggest a fix.

Below are some screenshots. It is also noticable that, for some reason, the number of entrants is listed as 4 not 3.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

I did not except a direct response from HM3, so thank you :) I'll look into this and get back to you.
