Online Poker Manager stopped working

I bought a registered copy of online poker Manager. It had been working for a while. However, now the program won’t open. I get a dialog saying “Cannot Start Application: Application cannot be started. Contact vendor.”

I contacted the vendor twice, and he failed to respond.
