Its a mirror of Tournament Indicator which has been around a long time now. The software is fine, runs smoothly and provides you with information. You get a HUD, hand replayer, pot odds, win odds, player stats that you can keep as long as you like. Player profiles according to their stats, ie: TAG, LAG, FISH etc etc.
For nothing, if you want any help in your game and decision making, you would be daft not to give it a run.
At the end of the day, its a tool, and any tool is only as good as the person who uses it.

i dont think any good player use odd calculator, ok, it can help showing chance for winning in %, but that does not mean that u have to win hand if u have bigger % chances for winning... its lot about feeling and knowing the game.

I've never used anything like this. From what I hear, it definitely gives you a lot of information about other player's looseness/aggressiveness, as well as your own chances to win/lose hand, pot odds, stuff like that. They can definitely help you become more profitable in online poker, supposedly.
Two things I will say against it...
One, as Tino11 said, it's just a tool and the tool is only as good as the person using it. And two, if you decide you want to start playing live poker, and DONT have all those stats in front of you while trying to make a tough decision, you will not have nearly as much luck in live poker
