Have been playing poker for about 5 months now. Have gone to local poker rooms several times and so far am in the black. I want to play online and have been looking at Poker Tracker to see if I want to invest in this software. I realize many of you play multiple tables and use some sort of HUD. Personally, I doubt if I'd ever play more than 2 tables at a time. I will not be playing tournaments, just cash tables (ever increasing blinds make the luck factor too big for my liking).

I've read that VPIP and PFR seem to be the most important stats used on the HUD. Is this how you measure a players aggression?

If you were new, what stats would you weigh as most important when interpreting what the HUD is telling you?

For those of you playing multiple tables, are your decisions to raise, bet or fold made solely on the numbers the HUD provides?

I'm sure there is a thread one of you are aware of the will answer my donk questions. Would mind posting the link for me?

Thanks.
