New to HUD. Been playing for four years

I'm looking for some information on how to use hud stats. I've played poker for four years (1/2 live cash, online tournaments). Developed a GTO balanced strategy when it comes to NLHE tournaments, but I'm looking to take that extra added edge on how I'm playing, for it to be completely correct for online.

I've already downloaded the 'Max-Value' basic hud cheat sheet, and don't overly want to pay $110 for the full thing. If anyone can direct me to cheap or free analysis that would be great.

Regarding free options - you can test easy poker hud or free poker db (i recommend easy poker hud). They are basic but contain the most important stats like VPIP, PFR and AFq. My advice is to play for some time using a free hud and after that if you need more stats you can always buy something more advanced (and expensive).

Your question is way to vague. Looking for an explanation of what they mean? How to use them in specific spots? That's usually covered in online poker training. Training sites will say, when someone has X stat on the turn here, then you should be consider Y.

We list out some of this in Drivehud, but it's mostly through player profiling and things like the tilt meter. It sounds like you're looking more for online poker training though.
