Hello all, I am sitting up my hud asap. I know how to use VPIP/PFR to find fish. My question is, how do you search the lobby of carbon or AMC to find fish?

thanks

you need to play lots of hands on the feltz to gather data into your tracker to determine who the fish are, and since you can't really tag players on carbon anymore afaik you won't know until you sit at the table and the hud pop's up to see their status unless you recognize their names.

alternatively however you would be looking for the tables with a high % of players to flop as this essentially correlates to the vpip overall of the table so the higher they are the looser and most likely fishier the table.

Good luck grinding on the felts, and FYI please don't be creating threads or posts in all CAPS. Thanks

Personally I've never played on Carbon or AMC, but on most sites there's an option to sort tables by VPIP or players/flop. This is often a very good indicator of how loose a table is. Your HUD will allow you to figure out who the fish on the table is/are once you start playing.

Respectfully, this is not what a HUD is used for. The HUD is to help you remember who your opponents, mimic what the brain naturally does in a live game, and help you be more productive. HUD's are most helpful while multitabling, but single tablers can also benefit.

We offer a separate add-on tool called TableTracker which performs a similar service - we designed it to help our users avoid tough tables or tough opponents. TableTracker is built into PokerTracker 4, but it requires the purchase of a monthly subscription fee. TableTracker uses your own database for ranking the quality of tables, the subscription provides the table listings.

Hi Landon, Landon here :)

On Carbon and ACR (figured you meant this not AMC??) I select tables that have a lot of people with less than the max buyin and with a high % of players still in after the flop. Both sites show this stat when table selecting.
