Try doing an auto detect in the add auto import folders screen (blue link beside auto import)

You are adding it from a folder so you should put that txt file into a folder and import that folder (normally full tilt makes a folder automatically on your c: drive)

Are you saying you copied the HHs to Notepad, and then saved the file to your Desktop? If so, when saving the file in notepad did you save it as a *.txt file? If not then this could be why HEM does not show it.

you cannot import a txt file under import from folder, either import file or put the file in a folder and import from folder.

In full tilt, under options --> hand history, save under the default location, then find that location in auto import. What does the title of your HH look like ? My HH look like this by default :

FT20101031 2,000 Play Money Sit & Go (194854801), Table 1 - 15-30 - No Limit Hold'em

I don't know if that changes anything but you never know.

(Yeah I know 2000 play money is crazy but I thought I'd take a shot...)

Can't really do much more, sorry mate, just can't see what the problem could be.

Try posting or searching on the HEM site if you haven't already done that.

have you set full tilt to auto save your hands yet, i think what you have to do is go on to options then make sure you click auto save and then redirect them to whatever folder you want to save them in to. After you've done that go on to your hud and select the folder from the custom import. From there on click auto import and your hands should import on to your hud.

realise that you probably dont care anymore, but i had to work this out just now (found this thread while googling how to do it lol) so w/e if you need it you need it, if you dont you dont.

assuming you compressed the .txt HHs, unzip to folder on desktop. In HEM, import tab > Import File(s) > select .txt documents

note "import file(s)" differs from 'start auto import' and 'import from folder'
