Identifying Leaks

I'm fairly sure 60% or more of the times I get eliminated in a tournament (whilst in possession of a healthy stack) it's a bad call on my part. Does anyone have a method for identifying the consistent leaks in their game - maybe a good piece of software ? (preferably freeware ) I play on 888 and I think you can download hand history - I'm interested in an objective method of analysing - something that will highlight more than the obvious.

For cash games you can use Leakbuster, but i'm not sure if they have anything that would be similar for tournaments. I've really only ever seen ICM push/fold type software for tourneys like SNG Wizard.
