As a preface, I would like to state that I do not intend to convey any opinions of my own. I have no personal convictions about the use of HUDs. I am a thinker, and I like to read other people's thoughts.

Those of you who think that HUD use is unfair, what are the specific parameters that you feel makes them so? Is it specifically their in-game application? Do you find the tracking of hands, in general, to be unfair? If so, then would you also consider this sentiment to be in-game specific? For example, if a piece of software enabled a user to upload their hand histories and to create a database of hands and stats that could be used for off-table studying purposes but that could not be utilized in-game--would you consider this to be unfair?

dont think this answers his question... just restates Jokerstars stance on it.

I only find HUDS unfair when it includes stats that hasn't been witnessed at 1 of (the user) active table.... ie. 45 man sng player opens all table to gather info, and i believe the latest fix by the above mentioned site has rectified that.

That's true. I am looking for personal opinions, particularly from individuals who would like to see HUDs banned, outright. pokerstars' policy still allows the use of HUDs. Those were interesting reads, though.
