HUD HELP... New to poker HUDS

Hey all, I've recently downloaded a poker HUD and now I would like some help getting used to it.
First off which stats should I be looking at most for the FR cash games? Also I'm seeing people with Vpip-38 Prf-18?
I've been seeing a few of these kinds such as Vpip 29 Pfr 14-15 and Vpip 24 Pfr-7??? I don't get these stats.
I can kinda gather someone who has lets say a 8/6 set of stats but there's also stats like 7/1.. 40/20 and a Vpip 10 Pfr 1?

As you can see I'm confused lol

the vpip an pfr are percentages... The percntage of hands they voluntarily put in the pot.. and pfr is the percentage of the hands they raise when they play.. You can use these to get a general feel on what type of player they are...

loose passive, tight aggressive... The higher the vpip the looser the player, the higher the pfr the more agressive they are preflop
