Poker Host is on the Merge Network, which is supported by PokerTracker.

I'd personally recommend Poker Tracker myself. I've been using them since Poker Tracker the original


That said, other HUDs include Hold'em Manager and Hold'em Indicator that work on the Merge Gaming Network.
