My suggestion is table ninja, costs a bit but if you are really interested in playing that many tables at once it's highly important to have them organized. I can't tell ya how many chips misclicks have cost me with cascaded tables popping up right before I act. Just tonight I lost in a high stakes tournament on the bubble cause I see JJ in a tourney I'm short stacked and late stage in, immediately aim for the all in button and as soon as I click a much higher stakes tournament that I have a middle stack in the FT at pops up and I shove T3o get two callers and end up in 8th place.

If you want to tile, multiple monitors is probably the easiest and cheapest way. Otherwise you can invest some $$s in a 2560 x 1600 monitor and probably tile 9 comfortably on a single screen.

I use placemint which allows me to play 9 tables on my laptop. I can 24 table on my desktop but the 15" of my monitor screen of my laptop means I can play 16 but it's quite debatable as the tables are all so little meaning that some of the flop cards aren't always visible. Placemint is free by the way as opposed to Table Ninja which is subscription based
