Holdem Manager + SharkScope Hud?

I have used the sharkscope Hud with mixed reviews in the past.

Cant honestly say it helped my game, just let me know if a bad
or good player "sucked out" on me on the river or not.

I have heard holdem manger is much better than Poker Tracker 3?

I have no clue as I am not sure how to use either..

If I decide to try HEM does anyone know if you can use it
and Shark Scope Hud at the same time?

Also is HEM any good at helping a Nob win more?

Don't use HEM or PT3 for the HUD, Use them to track your sessions and review your play. A HUD is not something that magically makes you play better, it just gives you a bit more insight into how people tend to play.

The HUD definitely helps when multi-tabling, but unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question, sorry.

I'm sorry but this is not true at all. The HUD is very important. Probably the best thing about holdem manager. Just make sure your using the HUD correctly.

HEM is far better than PT3. As far as the practicality goes, your HUD will only be as good as you make it and read it. also, you need atleast a thousand hands to even get a good read on your opponent. With so many players the micro level, it's hard to get to that point. The information is there, it comes down to how you are able to filter that information correctly and make decisions accordinly.
