HOLDEM MANAGER 2 NEED HELP PLZZZZ

I have bought a new laptop with windows 8 on and convert my holdem
manager 2 but since then it does not work properly.
On pokerstars it does not even work and my hand history is the same as other laptop.Full tilt IT SHOWS STATS IN RED and after each hand IT RESETS STATS TO ZERO EVEN IF IM AT THE SAME TABLE.
It does not even show my stats
On other network it seems ok but stats are still in red and sometimes move around on ongame network.
I bought the laptop cause my other laptop was slow and this 1 has more memory
COULD SOME PLZZZ HELP I TRIED ALL WEEKEND LONG TO FIX IT
BUT NO LUCK

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/101/Options+{47}+Hand+Importing+{47}+Site+Time+Adjustment

Make sure pokerstars is writing the hands and HM2 is importing them - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/642/Poker+Stars+Setup

Disable: HUD Options > Config Properties
- [ ] Use session stats
- [ ] No hero HUD

On other network it seems ok but stats are still in red and sometimes move around on ongame network.

Configure your poker client preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

The easiest way to align the HUD once it is set in the poker client is to click the 'Settings' HUD on the table and use the Arrow Buttons (<< >>) to rotate your HUD where it belongs and then click the 'Set Seat' button and choose 'OK' to agree.

Thanks will try that but now my tourney hud does not even work at all.
Does someone else have the same problem and know what to do plzzz
no hero stats and no tourney stats so i cant use holdem manager 2 any more

Does the hud work on normal cash game?
Your FTP client is installed in english language?
Do you see the hands you played in the reports?
Is it a special tourney type - which one?

I do play normal cash games and normal nl tourneys at full tilt poker.
My cash games work but there are no hero stats and my ftp is installed and
hand history is in english.My site time adjustment i auto detect.
I can review my tourneys at ftp in reports and my hero stats work there
Funny my stats on pokerstars dont even work but i can review the hands and
on the replayer my stats show 100% dont know what the hell is going on

* Site Time Adjustment Warning: If you change the settings in the full tilt timezones and then use HM2s auto detect it will cause problems. Since FTP has a timezone setting there is no reason to use an offset in HM2. This feature is there from before they introduced the timezone feature to FTP so just set it to 0 in HM2 > Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments and set your correct timezone in FTP. If you set your Full Tilt Lobby clock to ET and do not live in ET you will need to adjust the HM2 option accordingly.

1 more thing i dont understand how can cash game work but not at tournaments??

You should make sure that your poker client and hand histories are in English.

i did auto detect but the time was still 3 hour out and when i set it right
everything works fine now
