Holdem Manager 2

I know this has been covered in quite some depth, but I can't find the answer to my question using the search. So here we go.

I've installed HM2 and it says cannot connect to PostgreSQL database. Then it asks me to enter PostgreSQL information and click "Retry Connection."
I'd love to except there isn't any "Retry Connection" button.
I got HM1 to work by using the password dbpass and I was going to try it in this situation, but after I enter in the new password there simply isn't a button to continue the installation.
Thanks for your help guys.

Can you post a screen shot?

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

If that doesnt help see if this helps:

1. Go to C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.x\data, move the the pg_hba file to your Desktop and open it with notepad.
2. Scroll to the bottom and change all md5 to trust. Save and close the file
3. Move the file back to the data folder
4. Restart the PostgreSQL service: Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

HM will accept any password now.

What happened Zelenn?

BOOM!

Are you OK!? What happened Zelenn?

AN EXPLOSION OF INFORMATION!... I WAS WORKING WITH SOME VERY UNSTABLE CARRDS. :)

Thank you very much for the corrective info fozzy71. It worked like a charm.

I'm now looking at Hold'em Manager 2 for the first time and it presents me with so much information that I am forced to ask myself a very burning question:

"Would.... my body... be able... to PHYSICALLY... survive... the amount of study time.... I would need to spend... to begin to comprehend all this!?"
HEM2 is amazing! Its not JUST giving me information, its telling me that I'm wrong, which is very important and is helping me correct my play.
I expect to notice significant improvements in my game during the next 30 days of my trial. I am predicting that I will be buying HEM2 and probably Leak Buster.
