HM2 help needed

Hello everyone, I downloaded HM2, and their is one issue I can't figure out, well actually lots of issues I can't figure...So I'll just name 2 for now, and hopefully someone here can help me resolve it..

The reason btw I downloaded it now, is because my HUD wasn't working on certain sites for nothing, like FT/BCP/PP it would not work, but would work on Carbon/PS and Lock...

So with HM2 it works on all those sites no issue..

So what is the issue I'm having, for starters my HUD keeps resetting itself (It will get up to like 20-40 hands on players, but than reset by itself, Some players it wont track at all...I can't actually change the HUD to the tourney HUD I want but is constantly stuck on the default HUD..

These are some of the issues I'm having with it, I took it off and went back to HM1 for now, but the same issues that lead me going to HM2 are the same issues I have with HM1 (not working on FT/PP/BCP, but everything else I mentioned with HM2 doesn't seem to be happening with HM1)..

Make sure that the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > Min hands: is set to '0'.

Make sure that the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > Min samples: is set to '0' for each and every stat in your HUD.

Make sure that your HUD Options > HUD Filters are all set to '2 to 10' and the HUD Options > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'. Changing these filters to anything other than their default settings will make the HUD Stats change drastically based on the number of players at the table and/or their stack sizes in tournaments.

If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm - showing the HUD, the Report for one of the selected players with the problems, and pictures of the HUD Filters and Tournament Filters.

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'prefs'.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'holdemmanager'.

I can't actually change the HUD to the tourney HUD I want but is constantly stuck on the default HUD..

This is usually because the HUD Options > Site Options tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

The easiest way to do this is to open 1 table and wait for the default HUD to appear. Click the Settings menu that appears at the top of the table, choose the preferred HUD from the drop-down menu and then click the Use for all similar tables button.

These are some of the issues I'm having with it, I took it off and went back to HM1 for now, but the same issues that lead me going to HM2 are the same issues I have with HM1 (not working on FT/PP/BCP, but everything else I mentioned with HM2 doesn't seem to be happening with HM1)..

Thx for all your help, I did everything as you have stated, and will let you know if they're any issues at all, or not.
