HEM2 - not recognizing my licence - Resolved

I tried to start HEMs, get a pop up saying my "trial" has expired. So I go to register, and get a pop up, server "busy".

I went to HEM forum, a lot of people having this problem, 45+ posts so far and no response from HEM. (Although, to be fair, first post was 3 hours ago)

But it is fkn weird. It was working last night, so cant be an update problem, unless the new update has a thing that makes you expire and re register after a few days, which makes no sense at all..................

this is in response to my OP ITT. All issues are solved, and HEM2 working fine again.

The HM registration servers were down for a few hours starting at 4AM GMT today. The problem was not resolved until the server was reset at 11 AM GMT.

We sincerely apologize for our delay in response to this situation. Specific protocols in place for alerts failed to happen coupled with an unfortunate few hour gap in coverage on our support desk that coincided with the time frame. We are working now to ensure that this does not occur again.

If you have not already done so please try running Holdem Manager again.
