When I copy to convert the HH, if I copy hand it converts, but if I copy with stats, it wont.

To clarify: I copy the hand - w/o stats - and paste it in a hand converter, it converts. I copy WITH stats, and I get an error message saying something like wrong format. But only on the hands I copy to clipboard WITH stats.

The header w/o stats looks like this:

pokerstars Hand #93696658122: Hold'em No Limit (€0.05/€0.10 EUR) - 2013/02/08 11:36:40 CET [2013/02/08 5:36:40 ET]
Table 'Hajek IV' 6-max Seat #5 is the button

With stats looks like this:

***** Hand History for Game 1111111111 ***** (poker stars)
€10.00 EUR NL Texas Hold'em - Friday, February 08, 05:36:40 ET 2013
Table Hajek IV (real money)
Seat 5 is the button

I would obv. like to post stats in HH posts.

Any ideas??
I have the newest version.

I see you also posted this on our forums so lets continue the discussion over there - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/general-support/381701-copy-hand-stats-problem.html

In general we only check this and other external forums once a day while we have a whole team of employees dedicated to answering our own forums multiple times per day. I realize you just want an answer as fast as possible but posting the same question on multiple forums just ends up causing us to spend more time replying to the same thing twice if we aren't aware of the other post like I was and it delays our replies to other customers.

I will fire up HM1 and see if I can duplicate what you posted about on our forums where it worked in HM1 but not in HM2 and reply on our forums.

Thanks fozzy. Sorry for the mix up on my part. I will keep it to the HEM forum in the future. (Please have another look in the HEM forum thread if you have not already.)

No worries. I just wanted you to see it from our perspective and make sure you and everyone else get the best support we can provide. I know everyone wants their question answered as fast as possible but posting it in multiple support channels doesn't really benefit anyone.

I replied over there in detail a couple hours ago. I can't duplicate it with the few old FTP hands I tested. We will need specific hands from your archive in their original format that cause the problems so we can reproduce it and write it up for the developers to investigate.

Much like the external forums I usually only check my subscribed threads on hm.com once a day now and I usually take Wednesdays and Sundays off FWIW. We have others on the team that also check the forums once or twice a day so we end up with a pretty decent coverage where most threads will get 1 - 3 replies per day from us if needed. Everyone is welcome to post questions on this forum for us to answer as a matter of convenience but the honest truth is they will probably get quicker and more frequent replies posting the question on our forums or sending an email.

My primary responsibilities these days are the 2+2 support thread, testing bugs/builds, and internal emails/chat among our team.
