HEM1 start to fail from now on?

Anyone know if because Hem1 will not be supported anymore (because Hem2) this means will start to fail and need to expect to be trash soon?.

Today win a hand that was 85% favorite (allin pre) and after win the hand appear on the report like minus Ev$?, and the amount that appear minus ev$ is not even the win amount is like 20%???

Any idea why?.

My friend is having trouble with HEM 1. When it starts up an error message appears: The following error occurred when trying to open the database: Failed to establish a connection to 127.0.0.1 Then another box pops up saying A connection could not be made to PostgreSQL. How do I fix it?
