HEM definitely supports rush, it has for a while.

Contact support, they're there for a reason.

HEM does support Rush, but one problem that I would have with it is if I closed FTP and left HEM open, when I would reopen FTP, HEM wouldn't display my HUD until I closed HEM and reopened it as well. I think it has to do with the hook inside of the FTP .dll file that they use to tell who is at your table and display the correct stats on your opponents. Try closing both FTP and HEM, then open up FTP first, then HEM, see if that works.

As said, HEM does support Rush, and has since almost day one (although PT3 beat them with HUD support). However, lots of folks seem to have problem with the Rush HUD -- it's a recurring theme I see in the support forums. Unfortunately it's a problem I don't understand, since I have had no problems at all with my Rush HUD. Other than lack of hero stats, which is by design (and something I wish they'd rectify).

You don't have to restart HEM entirely, just the hud. It still imports fine, it's just the hud that needs rebooting.

Annoying bug, I know.

Yea, most of the time I just restart the whole thing anyway so it clears the memory cache and starts fresh.
