I usually see players on Twitch that mark hands for later review.

I'm never sure what this exactly means. On the first place, what software would be good to things like this, marking a hand for later review.

And what does this exactly mean, like, how do you review a hand, what things you looking for when reviewing a hand, and how to spot hands for later review?

Thanks a lot.

PokerTraker is a good softwere to look later at your hands that you have played, usually you pick up the hands that could be decisive for your game.

I, all marks on opponents, write down in a notebook of the player, so at the next meeting I know how to play with it.

You can use a HUD to tag a hand for review, for example in PT4 you left-click the tag icon and scroll down to the hand you wish to tag. Then you can make a hand review report showing all tagged hands. Then, you can open a hand details or in a replayer and review it.
When you review a hand, you step through all your actions and ask yourself if they were correct, and try to spot mistakes that are leaks that you should fix in your game.
The basic way to look at each spot is "is this the most +EV action in this spot with this specific hand in a Vacuum?", and this is the correct way to play vs. bad players. The more advanced way (which is necessary to deal with competent regs and unknowns), is to consider your entire range in each spot, as in "what other hands will I do the same with?".

Thanks I will try to implement this and see what software can help me, will look into PT4 (I believe it's paid software) maybe they have some trial period.
I don't play that much like to justify buying some license for this, but I want to slowly try to make my game better and I think reviewing hands can help a lot.
