FullTilt Player Notes

I keep loosing my Player Notes in Fulltilt Software very often. When check the <userid>.xml in the install folder after I enter a few notes all the information is there but after a while it is getting resent to a fresh information with no player notes. Is the frequent software upgrades overwiting it? Does anyone else has this problem. I don't face this issue in PokerStarts or 888 or Titan.

First question? are u playing on different computers?
Next where are you making changes in notes ? On the client or in the Folder????

no.. I only play in one computer.

I only make changes in the client. I opened up the file to see if the notes are there to check if I am looking at the correct file. I didn't make any changes.
