Hello, I have a Dudo! I will explain a simple hand played in two ways:

1- hero (100bb) raises all-in AA
Villain 6 (100bb) calls KK.
Board: 222-3-K, villain wins.

2- Hero (100BB) raise 3bb, villain calls 3 /// flop 222, Hero bets, 10bb, 10bb villain calls /// turn: 222-3, hero bets, 30bb, 30bb villain calls /// river: 222 -3-K all-in bets hero, villain calls ... Villain six wins.

In the 1 + EV hero has when looking at your stats in pt4 / hm 2 and the hero has EV-?? Osease ... only considers the all-in when it happens, or counts for something the development of the hand, for example two bad calls to find out ... and if villain would make fold on the turn, ev move? and finally ... if instead of ending all-in at number two hand, bet the river of leaves 1 bb hero and villain behind him tb only pay one bb leaving behind the ev ... move?

A more: hero (100bb) raises 25BB, Villain (30BB) calls. AA vs KK, flop: K33. Villain bets 5bb and is all-in, hero calls. turn blank, blank river ... hero has ev-¿? or ev +? for there is no doubt that eventually wins pasta but the all-in occurs when going from behind, if only remain 5bb ...

EV shows how much of the pot is yours at the moment of All In.
EV difference is difference between actual result and EV (Expected Value).

AA (82%) vs. KK (18%) with 100bb stacks:

Pot = 200bb (AA puts 100bb + KK puts 100bb)
AA "owns" 164bb of the pot, KK 36bb => EV for AA = +64bb, EV for KK = -64bb

If KK wins:
- actual result for AA = -100bb
- EV for AA = +64bb
- EV difference = +164bb

EV difference is difference between actual result and EV (Eexpected Value).

EV is one way to measure expectation, it is a mathematical concept independent of poker that requires a fixed number (the value of your hand) vs a random variable (your opponent's range) and uses the size of the pot to determine your expectation. Using our current technology, a tracker cannot actually calculate EV because we don't know your opponent's range, we only know the hand that appears at showdown. Hand vs hand is not considered EV, some people call that luck adjusted winnings but we don't like that term because luck cannot be properly measured when there is skill involved. Instead we choose to use the name All-In Equity Adjusted Winnings because (1) we can only measure this when an all-in occurs, and each player that has equity in the pot after the all-in sees showdown and their hole cards are known (2) we use equity to determine your expectation of the pot, and then multiply that by the size of the pot to get the expectation in winnings. Of course you will never actually meet expectation, for example if your an 80% favorite in a $1000 pot your expectation will be $800 - but you will never actually win $800, instead you will win $1000 or $0 (or chop if a tie occurs).

It should also be noted that Expectation is not a measurement of running hot or cold, due to the reason explained above since the expectation is unreachable. Therefore consider All-In Equity to be only a measurement of expectation, and nothing more.... it cannot tell you what you should have won, it cannot tell you if you played well, and it cannot tell you if you got lucky or are running bad - expectation should stand alone on it's own.
