I've spent the last 20 mins trying to post a hand in this forum but I can't get it converted properly.

I play on a Mac and use Pokertracker 4. When I copy the hand from PT4 in forum format, it works as long as I don't take the results out. As soon as I remove the results then the formatting goes to hell and it looks awful.

I tried to convert on Weaktight.com but they don't have an output format suitable for this forum.

I tried the Cardschat converter, posting the raw HH text into it but it's giving me an unsupported format error. It's a pokerstars HH...

Any advice here is appreciated.

Post the hand here and someone else might figure out what's wrong with the raw HH

Ive had the same problem and honestly its just that you cant edit it lol. Why it is that way I don't know. Anyways if you are viewing the hand in PT4 and go to options there is a setting to remove results there :)

Anyways, raise pre, raise more on the flop.

Hero had 10

Outcome: Hero won $0.82

Works with the converter I used. The players sitting out probably have something to do with it.

The above one is wrong, it shows the result as 1 pair of 10's instead of trip 10's

And it also shows the villain as having 1 pair of 7's, instead of 2 pair 10's and 7's

The players here ~do~ have one pair of 10s and one pair of 7s. The weird format of this person's HH seems to have altered 4th and 5th streets, which I overlooked (that's what I get for not paying attention). The text is literally using a diamond symbol for the turn and river despite standard letters on the flop.

Here, it's fixed. I promise I paid attention this time.

Thank you for your effort here DunningKruger, I really do appreciate it.

Does this likely mean though that I'm going to continue to have problems posting hands to this site? I've had nothing but issues here, it's a little disheartening.

Don't, I played the hand and I missed much of it. Including the fact that I didn't even have trips! In fairness though I had sone sng's up at the time.

Nice of you for helping though, I appreciate it. I won't be able to comment much more for another day or so. Still restricted to 10 posts a day. :(

Well, the only reason the first one I posted got mixed up a bit is because the text I copied from your post was showing [6d] and [5d] instead of [<font color ="black">6d] and [5d<font>]. This happened because the message board here automatically does that and likes to try to half way convert HHs on its own for whatever reason (and it gives a number of people here trouble posting hands because of that).

The original PS text before getting posted here should work okay on most converter tools just as it did on the one I used (after undoing the change the forum made, that is).

Posting an image of the paste button I use from PT4. Just trying to cover all bases. Also once again, once you paste it into the reply box you CANNOT play with it AT ALL, also means no going back and editing your post once you submit it.

The ist hand you posted, which I copied and pasted at the HHC I posted - from PS - worked fine. The FTP hand did not. Is the text you posted taken directly from your PT (right click "copy HH")?

I'm choosing "View Hand Details" and then from the new window I'm selecting "Copy RAW hand history" front the "Copy to Clipboard" section.

Sorry it took me so long to reply guys. Forum wouldn't let me post until after midnight. Pretty frustrating when I have to use half of my daily allotted posts to try and resolve technical issues. Somebody should maybe re-consider that policy?
