Best stats to have on my hud?

New to all this poker software stuff so don't even know what the different ones mean. For a newish player who would like to play SnG's and MTT's what would be the best stats to show on my other players?

I used to use "Holdem Manager" or "Jivaro". But, the HUD software was banned in pokerstars.

It's banned in stars?

PT4 works in Pokerstars.

HUDs are not banned, they just limited some of the features in the HUDs that can be used when their client is open.
