best software for STT sng's?

whats the best one for people who grind stt sng's?

Your brain.

PT3 or HEM is important, probably more for tracking your own stats than tracking other people. Also, Sit-N-Go Wizard is really helpful for analyzing late game ICM situations.

1.poker training site/sng specific book
2.sng wizard
3.Forums discussing hands with peers etc.
4.tracking software

oh yeah, downloading Pokerstove would be a really good idea too. Just google it, it should be the first hit. It'll help you calculate cEV, which is usually helpful.

experiendce is the only way to win at sitandgo's, just get in there and play and learn, read books when u can, and a tracker would be helpful. Nothing can replace experience.

All these are the most important onces. I don't know about training site. Looking to find site with lots of sng videos. Any suggestions? Think tracking software and sngwiz are the most important onces

I am using sharkscope HUB to have a quick look at the people I am playing against. I am looking for fish as well as advanced players. It does nothing to track what I am doing at the time but I used for every table. I have never used a program too tell me my odds or the like. I think a lot that comes with experience and time.

Isn't sharkscope banned by most sites? Important software is tracking software and sngwiz

my brain cant keep stats of 50sng's a day

I personally don't think tracking software matters that much with SnG's except for when you are playing 6 or more at a time. Mainly because the stats can be fairly skewed because of the fast increase in blinds(person might only be playing 12% of hands the first two levels til he doubles up, but then moves to like 55% when it gets shorthanded). I'm not saying it doesn't help at all, but just not as much as it does for say cash games.

SnGIcons and SitNGoGrinders are good training video sites that you can look into(also many of the big sites have some SnG vids on them as well).

Collin Moshman has a book, Sit'N'Go Strategy that is very good and I would recommend to any serious SnG player. Ask dakota, she is part of Team Moshman .

Learn ICM(Independent Chip Modeling) and it will help you with your push/fold strategy and when to apply it.

Other than that, your brain like jazz said.

i agree that unless your playing 8+ tables i wouldnt bother..

the second point can be addressed by setting up your filters.

That is true, setting up filters will solve the blinds issue, I just never use HEM for SnG's so aside from HEM Training videos, I have never really messed with them for SnGs
