any know of waitlisting software?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any programs out there for waitlisting...
something that will let me waitlist multiple tables at once, remove me from waitlists if avg pot/vpip drops below a certain figure, etc.

I don's use it since I play zoom, but doesn't the Table Scanner add-on to Holdem Manager do just that?

Lets you define fish. Joins waitlists with fish, takes you off the waitlist if fish leave. Auto opens tables for you if you wish. You can set custom parameters such as avg/pots/vpip as well or in place of creating fish. Can stop joining waitlists with x tables open, can stop opening tables when you have x tables open.

I haven't tried HM's table scanner but I can't see table scanning software getting any better than this.

Yeah I actually have table scanner. I haven't updated it in a while but as far as I know it doesn't join/unjoin wait lists based on changes in table averages.
