I just ran this through an odds
calculator at 2dimes. This situation was a flip, so you got a good price for your $$.
Jc 5c 25.89%; Ac Qc 49.95% + 0.5% to tie; Kd Qh 23.14%
However, I don't think having one hand dominated (KQ) and having the suits covered on the under card hand (J5s) is typical. Normally I'd think you would be in against one under pair. For comparison lets get rid of J5s and say utg has pocket sevens. Now you are slightly worse than a 3:2 dog, still from a purely odds pespective you are not doing badly. I just think there's a better spot you can wait for to put your tourney life at risk.
EV 7s 7d 41.54%; Ac Qc 37.21% + 0.376%; tie Kd Qh 20.37%
I agree with dmorris I'm probably folding in this spot AQ doesn't play well against 2 other hands in this scenario.
