Thought I'd start a thread for us to talk about some of the Main Event hands at wsop.com. This one that Negreanu played caught my eye.
I don't see a good reason for Negreanu to donk-bet that flop, even if he might have AQ. Am I missing something? I mean it seems he led out on a wet board, multi-way, with intent to fold to aggression. So why bet at all there? I think it's an error, unless there is a good argument for betting with anything less than two pair. Thoughts?
Would (and should) you bet the flop with AQ?
