i deposited just over $500 a couple of weeks ago and have been doing absolutely awful. my ROI for this month so far is probably the worst online at like -61% (haha.) i was down to $250 so just withdrew $150 of that because i knew i was going to lose it and i am a bit skint just now and have like $90 left. i am honestly absolutely sick of losing this past 1.5 months- i managed to get my ROI finally up to positive but after the worst 2 months ever it is down to like -25% and i have been bleeding money.
i tried to switch to the $1 and $2.50 180 sng's and was leading the $2.50 one that i just played but i shoved twice sb v bb and the same guy had A J twice. first time i was shoving light as i have a decent stack and he had like 5 bb's and the 2nd i had K Q.
i really need to take some time off from online as it is affecting my moods and i cracked my laptop there and some of the long mtt sessions mean i can't reply to texts etc.
so anyway, if you had $90 and weren't planning on playing online for a while what would you do with it? one tournament? try to satellite to sunday mil? cash games? okay cheers. this isn't for br management as i have been doing that and just going down and down anyway so if i was to play $1 tourny's i would lose it all anyway so might aswell think of something decent haha.

Play .25 cent tournies until you no longer tilt. A great player once told me the outcome of the hand doesnt really matter, its whether or not you played it right that counts. That said it took me about 3 years to stop tilting and just play. Good luck.

Taking time off is the best way to go. Once your mood gets better and you stop thinking about the results, you'll do better. You should have fun playing and just try to make the right plays. I would play as small as I could and make the bankroll last. No reason to just stick it in one tournament unless you play a lot of live and a winner playing live. Online, the game is a lot different. Unless you can easily deposit again without having too much concern for money, play really small and try to master the micro stakes. I think micro cash games is what I would play. If you dont like playing cash, play the 9-handed sngs. Dont play satellites!

Buy an expensive bottle of liquor.

Or low stakes cash games. Would be easy to make your bankroll back in a few months, even playing pretty casually.

Maybe a change in games. Try some different cash games or maybe single table SNGs. Perhaps double or nothings. Find your comfort zone again.

bet the horses or play blackjack with it .........
just kidding.
personally just play what your comfortable playing.
I myself when mybankroll gets down to about a hundred I usually play the three dollar tripple ups on bovada or the five dollar quaranteee tournaments.
Dont know if thats proper BRM but thats what I do ;)
