Where can i find satellites to the main event?

Does anyone know where I could find some good wsop satellites? Preferably live play. But if online what sites would you recommend? I am mainly looking for ones to the main event. Thanks in advanced everyone.

Check the poker rooms in your area to see what they offer and when. There will also be live satellites running during the WSOP, especially as it gets closer to the start of the ME.

As for online, I suggest looking at the structures offered and playing where there's one that fits you and your preferences. I happen to prefer trying to play my way through MTTs. Others swear by SNG steps, shootouts, etc. In all cases, you probably want to consider what level you're willing to buy in at, and how many satellite levels you have to get through to win a package.

Ya I live in northern Arizona, not too many casinos around here but, Vegas is a 3 hour drive so I guess that's my plan. And I am with you I'm all about the MTT's.

Yeah I'd much rather go the MTT route, but here's what happened - I won a tourney at Harrah's the other night and aside from the 1st place purse I also won a voucher into the 100 man shoot out qualifier on June 9.

My buddy keeps trying to convince me what an awesome thing it is that I only have to beat 18 guys to go to the Main Event. I see it as I have to win two in a row - a tall order for any player and like my odds better for a single MTT.

Now I have little to no experience with STT and am wondering what I can do in the next few weeks to prep for this thing (might as well give it my best, right?).

I assume most everyone will say get Moshman's book - but what else? Is there a "deep stack" (starting $5k) STT on Lock?

I know wsop has sattelites to the main event. I do play lot on the wsop software itself and im quite sure its there.
