We elect two:

First stay focused for a long time in a tournament. I always do something stupid.
According to my reading range is somewhat limited, I believe that play well with what I see, but I have difficulty reading than the opponent can have. I believe this is essential in poker.

Some literature suggestion, or you own tip to improve these two points?

Simply having the patience to get the right cards to play, especially after already suffering a bad beat/loss and dealing with the tilt.

If it were that simple I would not be raising the question, but the solution is just what you said, but how to stay calm?

" but how to stay calm?"

Grandpa Bronson said something like this: learn to perceive your game as part of a long game session that lasts your entire life. Today's failures will end with tomorrow's victories.

From my own experience I can say that the following trick helps me well. As soon as a bad beat happens, I just get up and go to the kitchen to drink some water. While I go to the kitchen, I drink water and walk back, it takes about 2 minutes and the anger passes. I noticed that even if you just get up and walk away for 30 seconds, the tilt disappears. The basic rule is to get up immediately and move away for 30 seconds, but not play any further.

I think it's the long sections and the tense if being perfect a wrong play can put in check several hours of tournament

My biggest problem is probably my timing on when I should adjust my play. Sometimes I keep playing tight for too long and don't loosen up as early as I should. When this happens, I usually end up in push/fold mode much earlier than I should be. Fortunately, I play a short stack pretty well. Other times, I loosen up at the right time, but then don't tighten up enough when the rest of the table loosens up. I'm getting better, but I could still use work on this.

Dealing with the amount of rich idiots out there who have won too much money for their own good. Country bumpkins who say things like "it will even out in the end" and "its odds baby" and have no clue what they are talking about.

It makes me think that it was all for nothing, because they haven't learned anything.

Being patience and trying to stay focused on the game. I need to work on both of these aspects of the game.

I think I also have this problem, but I think I should solve the other two before.

My ADD. I can’t sit still and focus long enough during a long tournament. I just end up pushing because I’m getting bored.

My biggest difficulty in poker is patience, hands down. I always start off playing while with all the patience in the world until about two hours into play then I start to get a little anxious and sometimes I start doing things I should not do.

When I get bored I start playing to many marginal hands and end up putting myself in positions I would rather not be in then getting mad at myself for choking up half my stack or worse:mad:

my biggest problem with poker is not having enough rigor and discipline. I can not fold some spot. which makes me lose a lot of money.

1-to stay focused for several hours in poker. you have to sleep well and especially to train and play every day like a sportsman who improves his stamina. with temp you will manage to stay focused during the whole game.

2-indeed it is important to have a good reading of the game. the best way to progress quickly is to watch videos strategically and to inspire you to use them. You can also buy paid trainings to gain a lot of temp.
