I was just reviewing some hands I played, basically came 2 the conclusion I don't think often about bluffraising river and use it even less.

Of course playing in MTT's you don't often come across spots to do this like in cashgames where stacks are often way deeper.

But what are spots to bluffraise and to defenitely don't do it?

Do you consider each and every time when you are on the river if this is possible (if stacks allow)?

This question is very general. What stakes are you talking about? How deep are you? What kind of player is your opponent?

Rather then generalizing spots, try thinking deeper into the game. Why would a bluff raise be profitable in spot XYZ, why would it not? I know he only has top pair, but is he even capable of folding top pair? What am I even repping by raising? Will my opponent even be able to deduce that? Is my opponent the type to make hero calls? Are they weak tight and will fold to too much pressure?

Once you are able to think critically/technically like this, the answer to your question will become much clearer. You can even make preflop decisions based on other equities, such as how often you will be able to get them to fold or how much you can get them to bluff off, rather than just how much will I be paid off if I hit my hand.

One that comes to mind is when you are chasing a draw, miss it, and can't win the pot without raising or betting. Personally, I think bluff raising should only be used when you have a dead read on an opponent. It might also be more effective on the turn rather than the river, especially if a card turns that puts a straight, flush, or overcard to their pair.

I think the most critical information is: Can you credibally rep the hand that you are trying to rep... like, did the river change something dramatic about the board texture where it is likely or at least plausable for you to have that holding. Secondly, you need to be able to put your opponent on a range of hands that are going to be put in tough spots given the river...

Pretty much this. Which is why, for lower limits, I hate bluffing rivers in general, cash or mtt. Opponents don't care what we have, hell they don't even know we have 2 cards most of the time. They just care about like, Oh wow I gotz AQo and they are two super cards and oh wow I flopped top pair on a board of AsTs4s and turn comes 5s and villain never haz flush so I GII here and win like 100% of the time because im the best MTT'er there ever was. And thennnnnn you're out lol.
