I have a 6 man tournament tomorrow... Normally I play 9 man and seem to do above average for the most part but I always seem to fall short in a weekly tournament that is for 6. I don't really understand what I am doing wrong so maybe some of you experts on here can help me with some tips from you guys :D - Alex

In 6 man you will have to be more active as the blinds will come round to you quicker. I would play slightly more aggressively as well.

In 6-Handed Tournaments you can play a lot more hands, because less players mean a better chance to have the best hand.(For exmaple on a 9 Handed table there is allways that one Guy with an Ace.(okay its statistically not true))

you have to take advantage of that and the fact that your competitors know that too.
Most tipps here are to play more "Active". I dont think its true in every case.
I like to Slow PLay a lot more with less opponents at the table.(Works pretty well for me)
Even minor Hands will give you a lot of action, dont scare them off.

So my personal advice:
Play MORE hands, but LESS agressive.
