The push/fold game is the crux of SNG play, and it is not as straight forward as asking, what do I shove in this position. We could make 500 posts here about when and what to shove from each position. I can certainly give you guidelines, but I do not think that it is helfpul for me to say, for example, you need to shove Ax from the CO and A10+ from MP. There are several factors that need to go into these push/fold decisions:
How many players are left?
What are the stack sizes that I am pushing into?
When are the blinds going up?
What are the calling ranges of my opponents?
etc, etc, etc....
I do not think that it is helpful either (well at least for me), to memorize charts to figure out what to shove in which position. I believe it is more important for you to invest in SNG Wizard or at least SNG End Game Tools (free download). This way, you can replay your own hands and push/fold decisions and get a better understanding as to what range of hands you should be pushing in different scenarios. With 8-10 BB, there are times you can push any two cards, and other times you need to tighten up a bit.
So overall, I think you should learn all you can about ICM and how that affects your push/fold decision making process, then apply that knowledge when using an ICM calculator like SNG Wizard.
