What is an HA tourney.

I have googled but have found no answer. What is an HA tourney. I have seen them on Merge but don't know what it stands for.

ha is pot limit holdem and omaha high (plo) it changes between the 2 games every level it fun and easy against the right people cause most are good at one or the other
