Do you think this approach to a large ONLINE MTT will work?

STAGE 1 - Lev 1- 3: Tight Tight / Feel out current table
STAGE 2 - Lev 3- 11: ALL SMALL BALL!
STAGE 3 - TAG / Blind Steal - Start Studying Everyone
STAGE 4 - BUBBLE - HYPER AGGRESSIVE! - RR 4Bet SHOVE
STAGE 5 - TAG - Study
STAGE 6 - FINAL TABLE - JUST WIN IT!!!!

I don't agree with level 1-3. In these levels I like to see flops. Stacks are so deep and players are so bad. You have to get in there and mix it up, hit a few dirty 2 pairs or crazy straights. Gamble a little to build your stack so you can run some effective bluffs as the tournament goes on. But overall I like your thought process, if only it was that easy.

I think your approach to Stage 1 Level 1- 3: Tight Tight will be perfect to play against me, but you will loose the chance to get nice hands with few chips.

I do like your Level 1-3 approach and hope all players will follow it! :D

How many players in the tourneys you play..? And are what are the stakes..?

Also, what stack to blind ratios you start off with and how fast does the blind structure escalate..?

All these questions affect optimal tight/loose, passive/aggressive strategy...
