Go for a quick smoke and try to analyze my game for the last hour. Thinks about mistakes I have done and figure out a quick further plan how to continue a play.

Generally I can't choose what to do since I almost always have to use them to go to the bathroom.

I go to the bathroom, or eat something, or I go to the fridge and have something to hydrate myself, or I just talk to my friends on Facebook.

Relieve stress, a cup of coffee or tea, a cigarette just a breath of fresh air. I manage to fight again.

Walk a little , drink a glass of water,take a deep breath, think what It Will my next plan and How i am in the tournament, and stay a few happy for continous. Survive for 55mins. And try survive more 55...

Well now it all depends on how the game is going and if I'm getting any cards! on one hand i might be walking around talking to myself or on the other hand i might be get a snack something to drink but most of all i try to stay focused on the game!!!!!!!!!

I used to smoke both things, but now that I quit, I prepare something to eat, or drink some water, or go to the bathroom.

A lot of things, even take a shower!!!

Go to w.c, eat or drink something, lay down a little to relax. Watch some youtube videos.
