I get annoyed with fast spin-and-go games, but tournament games long give sleep games, still but if you have a few bluffers on your desk being bored.

Avoid over eating before tournaments, i also dont like to drink coffee or energy drinks, but if you have to drink coffee: black no sugar.

I like fast tournaments with fewer players. When I participate in the tournament I not sleep. The most tried and tested method is a cup of natural strong coffee. I during breaks I drink coffee, green tea. I also can do some physical exercises.

Hey. it's better to not play in a poker tournament if you are not sleepy or tired. and if you are bored you can listen to active music. Also try playing at multiple tables at the same time. or you can watch short videos on YouTube

I have sat in a recliner to just doze off. Never slept to long in those. Little nod can keep me going for hours.
