What to do in a MTT when card dead against a table full of Lagtards

Been encountering this a lot on pkr as these idiots really don't know how to play poker on this site. However, i have been playing some of their mtts being doing really well but i encounter the problem of going card dead on a table full of idiot morons who will float the flop and call all in bets with Ace high. Traditionally, i would just tighten up my game and just wait to get a strong hand to trap these types of players and it works on stars but not this site nope. I am really left clueless at what to do in this situation because i have never really encountered it before. I cant tighten up my game, because i am card dead and will blind out and. I can loosen up my game, but people are 3 betting, and betting with air so what do i do"? I am lost because i have never encountered this problem before.

widen your open value range, remove your bluffing range,
widen your 3bet/4bet value range, remove your bluffing range
be willing to get it in with more marginal hands post flop, ie if they will call off with A high then be willing to get it in with 2nd pair depending on flop texture

If they are all constantly betting air, then you should be able to just play anything you think is ahead if you are desperate. K7, go for it. Shove AI.

Maybe wait for a spot where no one has entered and you can shove. If they really are all playing nothing, you should be able to find a flip situation somewhere I would think.

If you arent that desperate, stick to TAG style.
