To answar the question its better to put how much is your bankroll. if you are afraid to start at 50 cents that means you have less then its better for you to start at 10 cents SNG, if thats available in the poker sites you prefer. You can always move up slowly.
I agree. It's a question of your bankroll and the type of SNG that you are playing. Let me give some thinkings about that:
9/10-max SNG
If you wanna play very aggressiv you should have at least 30 buy-ins. An aggressive BRM would be 50 buy-ins. Solid would be 100 buy-ins and (very) conservative 150 buy-ins.
6-max SNG & HT
Here I would recommend the same, but for HT (Hyperturbo) I would say that you should have more buy-ins, because variance can "kick" there more harder.
For the next variations I'll give you the number of buy-ins which I would recommend:
DoN or Fifty-Fifty
Very aggressiv: 20
Aggressiv: 30
Solid: 50
Conservativ: 75
Heads-up
Very aggressiv: 20
Aggressiv: 30
Solid: 50
Conservativ: 75
18-max SNG
Very aggressiv: 40
Aggressiv: 60
Solid: 125
Conservativ: 175
45-max SNG
Very aggressiv: 50
Aggressiv: 75
Solid: 150
Conservativ: 200
SNGs with more higher volume of entrants I would play a more conservative BRM, because they are similar to MTTs from my point of view.
Hope this helps!
In order to give you the correct and informed answer, you had to provide more information, namely the poker room in which you plan to play, super turbo, turbo or the regular structure of the tournament blinds, the number of players in the tournament. Based on my experience, I can assume that you will play at PokerStars, which means that the multi-table SNG tournaments will correspond to the buyins listed by you. I would not advise you to start playing from tournaments for $ 0.10 because of the turbo structure of the tournament, which is not suitable for beginners, even if they have a huge number of weak players. I started playing tournaments for 45 and 90 people for $ 0.25 with a smoother structure. If you have a bankroll of 100 buy-ins and comply with bankroll management, you have nothing to fear from playing in these tournaments. Good luck at the tables.
I wouldn't recommend to play 0.10$. There is almost no postflop, most of players play push/fold. Like bingo
Thanks for your feedback, buddy! This table is approved by many SNG players from the good old times of Poker Keep up the grind and good luck at the tables!Your table is very good, do you follow it and is it working? That week I was happy, I won first in the SNG 360 turbo 1/360. I've only been playing poker for 2 weeks.
I realized that in SNG $ 0.10 I think that for the value people play carelessly, but I'm afraid to start at $ 0.50 and easily see my bankroll going down the drain. What do you suggest?

My bankroll is only $ 40.
