I was wondering how many of yous chase the straight or flush wen u r waiting on that 1 or 2 outer. This is what damages my stack most if I have Q10 clubs and board comes AK4 with 2 clubs if I can see cards for free then great but some 1 with Ax Kx or even worse AK are eventually gonny bet I was wondering do yous pay up hopi g for the straight or flush or let it go. I know there is a lot of playability in the example I gave it would be hard to fold but sometimes I have A9 Hearts and the board will come 338 2 Herts and u will still chase the flush and loose alot to some 1 with a 3 or a small pair or something. Anyway my question is do u think it's worth chasing straights and flushes if someone is betting into u

if you have more than 20 outs on the flop you should reise that bet it dosent matter how many players are in the pot you could still win the hand even if you are behind.
You can fold other hands like Ax or Kx that is the best play.

Depends on my stack. If good amount, sometimes I chase.

To chase or not to chase should be based on your pot odds versus you draw odds. When ever the raw pot odds are greater than your draw odds it is profitable to chase. And there there are the implied odds, which is dependent on the stack(s) of the opposition and the likelihood that you will get paid off should your draw hit.

Think the easiest way to avoid those hard spots is to focus on playing the more speculative starting hands in position.
