in every session i have such moment when everything might be very bad for me, but something saves me for no reason. maybe that guy from btn had that kind of fortune justice this time. Good skills in poker means to minimize this effect if possible

Your actions were completely right. It is just misfortune and I think, it was impossible to play this hand otherwise:)

Cant even called it a cooler cuz Btn should have folded his top pair top kicker. On a board like that especially with your preflop raise, and then all in on the flop, AK is so weak but he still called smh. Pure misfortune sir, good thing is these occurrences dont happen to regular so pick yourself up and go at it again.TBH a hand like that wouldve put me on tilt, ONE TIME LOL. Anyhow your action was a +ev decision which proves to be profitable in the long run so keep making these types of decisions despite these few incidences, dont let this detire you. Poker could be your worse enemy sometimes lol. GL sir

Pretty bad cooler over there indeed, considering the flop structure. But AK vs QQ is just a classic coin flip, i see it like hundred times per day with all-ins already preflop.

Are you telling me that, if you had AK on a flop of QA2r, facing a < half pot-sized bet, you'd automatically fold? I mean, it's probably easy to say yes in this situation as we can see the cards, but that's a pretty bad fold to give up so easily.

I guess you don't consider the fact that there are worse hands that can c-bet here in a HU situation.

Yeah the call was the right thing to do ofcourse. Pretty unfortunate.

Though what about the villain's shove? It's a bad one right? He would normally only get paid by better hands (like yours), or did I miss something there?

Its like when u have AA preflop and loses... you know, a hand is not dead until you hit the nuts. But AK suited is a really strong hand, espessialy when you dont hit the third Q, you did have the odds slightly in your favor post flop and did the right thing to make a big raise and were right to call his bluff. The luck wasn´t with you this time.
