At first play super-tite!
This simple advice should be the basis of your strategy on the first three levels of the blinds. Most of your opponents in Sit & Go with micro stakes will play a lot of loose and will remain on many flops with weak hands and then will make weak stakes on the postflop.
To take advantage of these weaknesses, you have to play very few hands on the first three levels of the game. Blinds are too small to be worth a man to chase, and you should not put your whole tournament at risk without a great hand. Let others be removed - it does not matter that you are lagging in the chips

playing super tight and only playing premium hands might be boring but your sure to cash a lot of the time if you play like that

I usually play like that, I am a very careful player but you see other players doubling up because they are willing to take chances. I lot of them are playing bingo so it is so hard to stay careful, sometimes you think you stand a good chance and a hand with nothing make a small flush or straight.

Early on I play looser since the blinds are small. Looking to smash the flop and then continuing there. Later when blinds and antes I'll look to player tighter.

I dont think if you play tight you got more often cashes. If you play tight your stack will be eaten by the blind.
