The first one is I have a tendancy to trust my instincts more than my card equity.
It's like I've been suffering some really bad variance so I sometimes fold good hands pre if it feels bad like pre flop re-raise or 4 ways after a raise . also Fearing a bad beat on the river, so il re-raise made hands, rather than invite a second barrell which is bad for value... ''but im just scared if i get a bad feeling!

and the second one is I hate shoving all in, in a tournament without a premium hand, maybe border line AJo/99 if short.

but in genural it seems everyone else gets away with pushing suited queens/kings, and worse
but I lately ALWAYS get called if I have something outside top 15-20% range. (not that I look to shove terrible hands) just sometimes you get it wrong
and its a snap call even with a nasty hand.
So I would rather look to outplay them post flop.

does anyone else have any bad habits they sometimes cant help doing

Those habits will improve as you gain experience. I sometimes make a call vs a nit that I know I shouldn't make but it's okay to make mistake once in a while.

I have a tendency to call people I think bluff, but for the most part I am usually right. Unfortunately when I am wrong I pay big for it.

remember, poker is only a game. you should play for the pleasure to play.
DONT think about winning. If you play the game doit withhout fear and sometimes if you feel something go for it. Poker is not Chess.

Sometimes i trust my read too much. Most of the time i'm right, but sometimes I am way off. Also I don't like to bluff pre-flop often enough and I feel i lose some value there.

I think that my despair is one of those habits, because sometimes anxious tournaments end quickly, and the other would try to stay calm.

Well my biggest problem is being calling station. You know let another players to be the active ones. That way I usually dont loose much, but also I can hardly win. Because then they are the ones controlling the pot.

I get very angry when I have a bad beat. This is probably my biggest problem. I'm try to fix it for some time , but I just can't. I think It's something genetic.

There's nothing wrong with trusting your instincts first. That's what the great players do. I think where you go wrong is you can't BLINDLY trust your instincts; you should still evaluate the hand and present evidence to yourself to prove yourself right. If you can't seem to justify your initial instinct, you should then start to look at card equity, pot odds, etc.

One of my bad habits in tournaments is not keeping up the pace I know is needed to win. I'll hit a big hand and double or triple up, but then I'll get too "comfortable" and slow down. It always hurts me a few blind rounds later when I'm back to being a middle or short stack.
