Hi, i started at the micro cash games first and it didn't work out so well (i was always break even ) so i tried this last couple of months some SnGs and mtts. My problem is that i always min cash or get busted. At the early stages i think that i play good (tight and agressive) but when the stacks get shorter i always end up making some bad decions  . So can you please tell me how should I play at this stages.

Thanks :)

No one is going to be able to provide you with anything but a general answer which will not help you.

So

get a book of some sort and get reading ;)

Look into push/fold math, particularly Nash Equilibrium. You need to get comfortable with how to properly leverage a short stack, as you will commonly be in this position in turbos.

The major flaw in many sng players games is that they do not push/call correctly nearly enough in the mid and late game, usually out of fear of busting. What is your stats?? hope not like vpip 7 pre 5 that's too nit. In turbos you have to be used wider range than normal speed games.

Think why your stack get shorter at the end. Are you too tight or too loose?

With regards to placement, just play your optimal game. Might be one reason that is affecting your play.

I'm not too tight (20/17) but the players at this stakes are so loose so they can beat your AKs with J4o :D

Take some time to study ICM. Also, Experiment with opening up your open range in lp and re-steal criteria while on the btn or in the blinds. The turbo format essentially keeps your stack short at all times so every blind/open you can win is a good percentage of your stack.

Start shoving 89 suited and JTo 4 handed with only 5 blinds left.

i just can tell you that i stopped to play sng. sng games are fast, interesting but not profitable, you could be the "best player of poker" but even best players can't avoid spell of bad luck. in mtt is different because you could lose 10 games in a row but if you have one good game and you get final table, you could recover money lost and even to get profit

probably i'm the only poker player that consider AK not a good hand. AK is only strong when you play against tight players.

AK is strong, but still can be beaten against loose players.
Well, you should find out when to change your strategy from tight-aggressive player to 'push or fold' or loose player. Just read books, watch films, talk with ppl and train as much as you can.

I like seeing alot of cheap flops early

I like to see a lot of flops, while they are still affordable!!! Then, later in the tournies, I m tightening up if my stack size is normal, if extra large, I like to stay loose. This strategy has worked for me.

I dont really like turbo MTT ou SNG. Always have to many loose people. And I like to play tight and agressive, but against this many people loose is bad too play very tight.... because like saied in this post, many times u lose with a good hand like AA, AK, QQ, KK for J4, J5, Q5... 9T... is really annoying.
