Blinds: 3/30/60
6 players left
Hero(1789) raises t180 UTG.

BB(1579) 3bets t300.

Kind of unsure about what to do in this spot. Is it fold because it's still early and we should preserve our stack? Do we flat and snap fold to any aggression on an overcard flop? Is shoving a viable option?

First of all, you have around 30 bigblinds, opening to 180 is to big. I would open to 120 here. When we face a minraise we should ask our self what kind of player this is. If you have history on him and you have seen him doing this with worse and or this is a weak move from him, i would jam. If you don't have history on him it often means he's really strong. As played you have to call 120 in a 510 pot and villian has 1279 behind. Asuming you will get paid (and he's strong) you can choose to call and setmine, and to see what he will do post flop on what kind of board and think from there.

3x is too big for 30bb? I usually dont bump down to 2.25/2.5x until 20bb or middle stage.

Pot odds dictate you can surely call.

You mention its still early, then its the right time to call because of those reserves.

There are also cases where you have to fold but in this case above, easy call because of reasons I mentioned.

3xbb open is fine at this stage.

Never folding TT to a clickback raise, too many idiots at the micros who just like to push buttons. Reshoving readless is spew though, flat and see a flop

Flop - you're in position, play some situational poker. You've already mentioned the three most important things - villain, board, stack sizes.

You should call, see the flop.
In the flop and with the informations of the villain you will play.
Very important you have informations, you are in the blind 3º, one regular tournament you play more than 20min with this guy, you should know how he played.

I'd at least call. If you have enough info on his playing style, you may want to shove if he is a bully. 10,10 doesn't plat that well after the flop if no 10 comes, and you may have to fold to any bet on a flop with overcards.
