I've been playing these triple up s&g's for about a week now to build up my bankroll. Only problem is that 8 or 9/10 times I get to the the last four on the bubble and lose. I know I'm doing something right because almost every time I get to the bubble but I can't seem to get over that hump and start winning them consistently. I don't play too many hands, or just in my opinion play like a fish. That is why this is getting frustrating. Any tips ?? Anything would be very helpful.

Bovada $3.30 triple ups. These are actually pretty easy to beat, IMO.

contrary to the name, you do NOT need to triple up to win. a double up will do it, or less if you have some skills. I find if I can build my stack to about $2,200-$2,400 then I'm in prime position to win with well timed blind stealing.

The short answer is "push wide, call tight"

just because you know somebody is pushing light into your SB doesn't mean you can call with AJo on the bubble. not if you have an average stack and there is a short stack alive. You might even need to fold such strong hands as AK in some circumstances, based on stack sizes and who is pushing. THIS IS VERY CONTRARY TO STANDARD MTT STRATEGY!!!! don't get the two worlds mixed up...

triple ups are all about stack sizes and blinds and where the short stacks and big stacks are at. I'll happily push with Q8o, but then fold AJo or 66 to a push...
