I hear bluefire is pretty darn good. The selection of Pros as far as i'm aware are of the newer age, and not just some guy who happened to jag a sunday million.

(Not sure about the lineup of MTT pros though, i know the cash and SNG are pretty good)

Yo P. Long time. Hope things are well with you.

As you probably surmised, I am no longer playing STTs. I like the multi table SnGs but 45 man+. And am back into MTTS, even tho my main game since a while is 10nl 6 max (25nl come March I think).

Dont see ya on skype that much, I will give a shout if I do.

Slob, I think the older poker publications are outdated. I would go with all the most recent material, book or website.

I would join a training site if the speech on the videos was comprehensible. All of the samples I have watched have been disappointing, with the presenters making no attempt to ennunciate their words - they speak as they would normally, which may be fine for someone used to hearing that type of accent. But it makes no allowance for the degradation in the quality caused by the recording. They all look pretty amateurish to me (though the players themselves may be brilliant).

This unprofessionalism is not confined to poker - spreadbetting sites made the same low-quality recordings to explain how their sites worked - and did not offer a script of the recording.

I can't be the only non-American to have trouble; can I?

In the last 10 minutes I've looked at free sample videos on Card Runners, Leggo Poker and Drag The Bar. Can't understand any of them; but realise I'm in the UK and they have American accents and are speaking in a drawl. Not sure about the last one David Rowan - I could not make out that accent.
It really is frustrating for me as I would happily subscribe otherwise.

I have to agree kinda with Macaroon. After reading, I hopped on CardsRunner and the first vid I checked, MTT hands or something like that, I couldn't understand half of what he said. He had an irish accent but on top of that sounded stoned or something and slurred his speech a lot.

I watched some good sng and mtt videos from floattheturn, its Johnathan Little´s training site. Only 10 bucks per month. Some big names there: spacegravy, hotjenny314, johndayt0n...

Um, In my opinion pokerxfactor is very good for MTT players, the quailty of videos is pretty high, and there are all stakes. Cardrunners is good but more for NLH gamers.
